How We Work
The effects of housing instability in Greenville are significant and wide-ranging, impacting individuals, families, and the broader community. Contrary to common misconceptions, individuals who are employed, often full time, can have trouble securing even the most basic housing. As gentrification increases the cost of available housing, the most at risk are low-income residents, essential workers, employed unhoused individuals, housing insecure families, and long-time residents. There is something we can do to address this problem.
Our focus is on developing affordable housing units and offering a comprehensive rent to own program. And to provide support services that partner with individuals and families every step of the way.

Who We Work With
We are focused on helping people who otherwise would not be able to own a home due to their financial circumstances. We have a comprehensive program of education and options coupled with our resources to make the dream of home ownership come true.
We work with low income families and individuals in the community who are motivated to do the work needed in order to get them home.
