There is a need for affordable housing in Greenville, South Carolina. The housing crisis has made the dream of owning a home seem impossible to many. WVHS Foundation’s mission is to increase the availability of affordable housing by working with the community, sponsors, and using their experience in real estate to help more access that dream.

Organizational Background
WVHS Foundation, Inc., (WVHS), is a nonprofit organization established January 2024 and located in Simpsonville, SC. WVHS’ mission is to increase the availability of affordable housing and provide a pathway to homeownership for low-income families. As such, the foundation focuses on developing affordable housing units and offering a comprehensive rent-to-own program.
